the loans that the Pac One Fund purchases, as well as the Pac One team
Pam is an Accredited Investor and the recipient of the Women of Excellence Award for the State of Oregon. With over two decades of service in the lending world, her passion is to assist investors in evaluating the opportunities in the Pac One Fund. As an investor in the Fund, Pam knows the details firsthand of the ins and outs of Fund management. Pam has worked with Kevin for nearly two decades building Precision Capitals investment model, long before the Fund was established. While Pam’s industry knowledge is extensive and impressive, it’s her genuine caring for others and her excellent high touch customer service that her investors and co-workers rave about.
D’arcy has a long history in the industry. She has been working in real estate for three decades and is a past borrower and current investor with Precision Capital. Clearly D’arcy was the obvious choice to grow our team and work alongside Pam helping Limited Partners achieve their goals. Kevin and Pam have known D’arcy for more than 30 years and have always experienced and appreciated her highly ethical business practices. Whether you meet D’arcy in person, on the phone or on screen, you will quickly realize her warm smile is contagious.
Mariska Crain
Mariska puts her 25 years of experience to work every day, overseeing all lending activity for Precision Capital. In addition to loan origination and servicing, Mariska manages underwriting, processing and loss mitigation. Mariska’s long and diverse lending career makes her the perfect leader for the serious and comprehensive work that goes into each loan. As an investor herself, Mariska takes her duty to protect every investor’s assets very seriously.
Crystal is all about the details and fine print. Heading up compliance and risk management, Crystal works with Precision Capital’s team of Commercial Law and Securities attorneys and professional partners in escrow, title and insurance to minimize risk and protect investor’s capital. With more than 25 years of experience in commercial banking operations and compliance, Crystal’s attention to detail and high regard for confidentiality and discretion serves Limited Partners, and Precision Capital’s investors and borrowers, well.

Simon Thaler
While we call him “Simon the Servicer,” you’ll call him awesome! Simon has put his years in private money to work by ensuring every loan gets serviced and the Investors get answers. Simon provides million-dollar service no matter your investment level.
Working alongside Kevin since 2016, April and her staff partner with Precision Capital’s external accountants, vendors, CPAs, board of directors, and auditors to ensure all funds are accounted for and secure. In addition to April’s formal education and accounting degree, April has many years of real world experience working with lending institutions, real estate brokerages and investment Funds like the Pac One Fund.
