The General Partner of The Pac One Fund is PacOne LLC. PacOne LLC has one principal, Kevin Simrin. Kevin, the founder and General Partner of Pac One Fund, has been in the real estate and lending industry for over three decades. It is his thorough understanding of the industry and his personal knowledge and expertise as a private money lender that allows Pac One Fund Investors to make informed decisions and maximize their portfolio. While the General Partner is PacOne LLC, in this informal context we will refer to Kevin Simrin as the General Partner as he is the sole principal in PacOne LLC.
